Interface Navigation

The Flowbotic platform features an intuitive, user-friendly interface designed to help you efficiently manage your AI assistants, knowledge base, and communications. This guide will help you understand the interface layout and navigation elements.

Interface Layout

1. Sidebar Navigation

  • Dashboard: Main overview with key metrics and recent activity
  • Assistants: Manage your AI assistants
  • Knowledge Base: Upload and manage knowledge files
  • Tickets: Handle support tickets and customer inquiries
  • Analytics: View detailed performance reports and statistics
  • Settings: Configure account and platform settings
You can collapse the sidebar by clicking the arrow icon at the bottom to gain more screen space.

2. Top Navigation Bar

  • Organization Switcher: Switch between organizations (if you belong to multiple)
  • Search Bar: Global search function to find content across the platform
  • Notifications Bell: View system notifications and alerts
  • Help Center: Access documentation and support
  • User Profile Menu: Access your profile settings and logout option

3. Main Content Area

This central area displays the active section’s content and changes based on your selection in the sidebar:
  • Shows different views, forms, and data visualizations
  • Adapts to the selected section
  • Includes section-specific action buttons and filters

4. Context Menu

Many items throughout the interface have context menus for quick actions:
  • Click the ⋮ (three dots) icon to open context menus
  • Access quick actions without navigating to detail pages
  • Common options include Edit, Delete, Duplicate, and Share

Tabs

  • Overview
  • Conversations
  • Settings
  • Analytics
  • Knowledge

Search Functionality

The global search function helps you quickly find what you need:
  1. Click the search icon or press Ctrl+K (Windows) or ⌘+K (Mac)
  2. Type your search query
  3. Results are categorized by type (Assistants, Knowledge, Tickets, etc.)
  4. Click a result to navigate directly to that item

Flowbotic adapts to different screen sizes:

  • Tablet: Collapsible sidebar with optimized layouts
  • Mobile: Streamlined interface with priority on essential functions

Customization Options

Personalize your interface with these options:
  1. Theme Preferences:
    • Go to User Profile > Settings > Appearance
    • Choose between Light, Dark, or System theme
  2. Display Density:
    • Adjust between Comfortable, Standard, and Compact views
    • Found in User Profile > Settings > Appearance
  3. Default Views:
    • Set your preferred landing page after login
    • Configure default filters for lists and reports
